All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking based on availability or operational requirements.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Taxi fares are based on the selected route, distance, and vehicle type.
- Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, state taxes, or entry fees (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or special events.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may attract cancellation charges.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
- Be present at the agreed pickup location on time.
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
- Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.
5. Driver & Vehicle
Our drivers are experienced and professional, and our vehicles are regularly maintained for safety and comfort. However, vehicle replacement may be necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Delays
We strive to provide timely service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
7. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Fernandes Taxi Service is not liable for any lost, damaged, or forgotten items left in the vehicle.
8. Safety
Passengers are required to follow all safety instructions, including wearing seat belts where applicable. Any unlawful or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.
9. Liability
While we make every effort to ensure a safe and comfortable journey, Fernandes Taxi Service shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
Fernandes Taxi Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
